Flags indicate issues requiring attention:

Flag workflow

  1. Flag triggered (auto or manual)
  2. Creator sees yellow flag on Brand Hub
  3. Chat locked until acknowledged
  4. Creator clicks “Acknowledge”
  5. Chat unlocked, flag marked as seen

Account health

Per-account grades based on:
  • Sync status
  • Posting frequency
  • Engagement metrics
  • Error history
Worst-account grade rolls up to creator level.

Removal workflow

Removing a creator:
  1. Select creator
  2. Click “Remove”
  3. Choose reason code
  4. Add notes (optional)
  5. Confirm
Reason codes are tracked for analytics.

Rejection (different from removal)

Full rejection includes:
  • 60-day Better Auth ban
  • Rejection letter email
  • Lockout expires automatically

  1. Review flags promptly - Don’t leave yellow flags unaddressed

  3. Check Account Health - Sync issues affect attribution
  4. Monitor benchmarks - Identify struggling creators early
