You can import daily views, placements, and creator results without writing a script. Ask a client admin for a dedicated Data API key, or create one in the client portal.

Google Sheets

  1. Open a blank sheet and select a cell.
  2. Paste one of these formulas. Replace YOUR_API_KEY with your key.
  3. Change period=30d or add the filters you need.

Creators:
Anyone who can view the sheet can see the key in the formula. Use a dedicated key for this sheet. Revoke it if the sheet is shared widely.

Looker Studio

Import a CSV into Google Sheets, then connect that sheet as a Looker Studio data source. Refresh the sheet when you need updated results. If your Looker Studio setup supports a CSV or URL connector, you can use the same .csv URL directly. Protect the key in that connector’s settings.

Excel

In Excel, select Data > From Web. Paste a .csv URL from above with your dedicated api_key value. Load the table, then use Refresh to get new results. Numbers refresh with EVO’s daily sync. A spreadsheet refresh will not make new activity appear before that sync completes.
